Just did this in a matter of 15 minutes, but here is Sunnyside Court! It's an extension so that the Wolff Family wouldn't be the only rich sims by the end of Sunnyside Blvd, so I added some Vista Lots next to them. It includes:
2 40x40 Lots with +50 Vista Buffs
1 20x15 Lot with +15 Vista Buff
