Well until SimGuruSemedi posts his rendition of Monte Vista's Festival Grounds, I have edited the Al Fresco Street Market into a Festival Grounds.
Now you can sell your produce and lemonade at particular seasons, and enjoy the nice change in atmosphere as each season rolls on by.
